Director / Planner

With Paul, you get over 30 years of planning knowledge and experience. Along with being a registered planner with the Planning Institute of Australia, Paul holds a number of degrees including masters degrees in law, management and engineering.

Paul was formerly CEO of Gosford Council and General Manager of Eurobodalla and Lithgow Councils, his expert knowledge and experience in this field  separates him from the rest. Paul is a qualified expert and has a healthy success rate in Land and Environment Court cases.

Monique Anderson is a highly accomplished business leader, consultant, with over 25 years of experience in the corporate world. 

She is known for her strategic mindset, exceptional communication skills, and ability to inspire and motivate others.

She has held CEO/Managing Director roles for over 25 years, leading teams and driving business growth across a range of industries. Managing over $300 million in property and investments distributed between 40 different companies, Monique was formerly CEO of the John Singleton Group and Board Member of Macquarie Media Limited.
